Information Analytical System – SCIENCE INDEX

MIPP would like to bring to your attention the analytical product of the Electronic Scientific Library SCIENCE INDEX which is an information analytical system, built on the basis of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI), offering a range of additional services for authors of scientific publications, research organizations and publishers.

The main objective of SCIENCE INDEX is to cover all publications of the Russian scientists as well as to correctly assess them on the basis of citation. More than 3,500 Russian academic journals, which are systematically processed in RSCI, together with articles in international journals, as well as other types of scientific publications (monographs, conference proceedings, patents, theses, research reports, etc.) are taken into account.

The system allows to:

• View a publications list of organization in RSCI with the ability to print and analyze it with the various parameters;

• Monitor and make corrections in a publications list of organization in RISC;

• Identify an organization in publications in RSCI;

• Add publications of organization which are not present in RSCI;

• Add authors which are not present in the author index in RSCI;

• Specify information about the employees in the author index in RSCI;

• Add not only articles in academic journals, but also monographs, articles, conference proceedings, patents, reports, and other types of academic publications;

• Enter information about the structure of the organization (departments, laboratories , faculties, departments, etc.) and number of employees in each department;

• Analyze the publication activity and citation in the organization;

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of individual employees through a wide range of indicators;

• Place in RSCI full texts of publications for which the organization has the appropriate rights to create its own electronic repository of academic publications of the organization;

• Flexible configuration of access to full texts placed at the platform (open access , access from computers in your organization only, access to certain categories of users or organizations, fee-based access, archival storage without opening access, etc.).

New Features of Integrum Companies

We would like to inform you that new functions have been added to the Integrum COMPANIES system allowing users to save time and obtain necessary information promptly.

• Monitoring individuals - placing individuals on a watch list in order to continuously track their careers as founders, executives and members of the Board of Directors, as well as the registration of such persons as private entrepreneurs.

• Information concerning the indebtedness of individuals - now when compiling a personal report (on an executive/founder/member of the Board of Directors), if the Taxpayer ID Number is indicated, just click on the number and you will be transferred to the website www.nalog.ru (a new tab/browser window will open) showing the section “Find out how much you owe”, where, after entering the "Verification Code”, you can find out how much the individual owes.

• Disclosure of the composition of the Board of Directors – information about the composition of Boards of Directors of issuing companies, including a breakdown of affiliations of individual Board members.

• Download summary report - Downloading not only in Word and Excel format, but also in PDF format.

• Company Status – updating of information on a company’s status (active, liquidated, deregistered, etc.) from YEGRIUL (Official Single Register of Legal Entities). In addition, in the event of a reorganization, when updating, the system pulls in any information about legal predecessors and successors.

• "Update All" – updating of information from primary sources, such as the Federal Tax Service, YEGRIUL and the “Government Registration Gazette” (“Vestnik gosudarstvennoi registratsii”). It includes online information about the executive, founders, current and former addresses, name changes, subsidiaries, information from the “Government Registration Gazette” (“Vestnik gosudarstvennoi registratsii”) and more.

• New Source – Federal Bailiff Service – information about court enforcement proceedings. The source is the Federal Bailiff Service (Federal’naya sluzhba sudebnykh pristavov). Information on indebtedness is available both for Legal Entities and for Private Entrepreneurs.

• Transfer-Pricing Service – tool for calculating transfer pricing. This tool facilitates efficient compliance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 227 dated July 18, 2011, which introduced new rules in Russia governing transactions entered into with affiliated companies.
