Printing texts from Digital Dissertations Library

Starting from March 11, 2012 Russian State Library cancelled the restrictions on the volume of authorized printing of dissertations and author's abstracts from Digital Dissertation Library in Virtual Reading Rooms. Previously it was possible to print out only 15% of a dissertation and 30% of an abstract.

 

A New User Guide to Legislation of the CIS Countries Database

A new User Guide to Legislation of the CIS Countries database has been released recently at http://www.base.spinform.ru/en/help.fwx . Created in line with the end user behaviour, this tutorial gives a step-by-step explanation on how the system should be used. It contains in-depth description of all menu items displaying screen shots of relevant pages for ease of reference.
