Russian Academic Journals In The Open Access

Most Russian academic publishing houses are committed to the principle of scientific collectivism: results of the research should be open to the professional community. eLIBRARY.RU fully endorses and supports the initiative of publishers. As a result bibliographic descriptions and abstracts for more than 12 million scientific articles are available at eLIBRARY.RU in the public domain. To access the abstracts neither subscription nor registration of users is needed (with the only exception of abstract journals, where the abstracts are in fact licensed materials).

Besides, 1180 Russian academic journals present full texts in open access for all registered users. The registration is free. Registered users receive their personal profiles where they are able to create personal collections of journals, articles, preserve the history of searches, customize the navigator panel.
