One more publisher’s collection of Dmitrii Bulanin Press will soon be added to www.biblioclub.ru platform. This collection entails books on history, linguistics, literary studies, archeology, art of the experts and specialists renowned in Russia and abroad. MIPP would like to draw your attention to a number of updates in LitRes: Mobile Library at www.biblio.litres.ru.

	Contact options Now readers are able to contact librarians via email as well as receive alerts about book checkout or book checkout rejection.
	Fragment reading Readers and librarians have the possibility to read book fragment prior to ordering or issuing it. Fragments are not available in case the book is inappropriate for the reader’s age.
	History of operations and list of ordered books for readers Readers can see all the current checked out books with terms of issuing in one list as well as history of personal operations. Also readers will have access to the list of current ordered books and will be able to cancel extra orders.
	Self-service settings Users can see their self-service settings and find out how many books can be taken by themselves and check whether the settings have not been changed.
	It’s now possible to exclude unwanted genres for the library choosing the list of required genres or using specialized platforms 1)biblio.litres.ru : full catalogue 2)student.litres.ru : catalogue without books 18+ 3)deti.litres.ru : catalogue of children literature 4)business.litres.ru : catalogue of business literature Readers of one library can use different platforms depending on their interests.

Russian Citation Index: the Procedure of Indicators Calculation in Author Profiles Has Changed

Author citation record has also changed. If the publication (citation source) has multiple quotation of the author’s same work, such citations are counted as one, if there is a citation of both original and translated versions of the article, these citations are also counted as one.

Now all the author indicators are calculated according to this pattern.
